1. Who we are

Siyora Technologies Private Limited (“Siyora”, “we”, “us”) is a software development and technology services company based in India. Siyora Labs is our product studio.

2. Software and services provider only

Siyora designs, develops, tests, supports and hosts software according to the requirements, specifications and instructions of its customers. We are a technology provider; we are not a financial institution, lender, bank, payment aggregator, insurer, investment adviser, jeweller, hospital, retailer or gaming operator, and we do not carry on our customers’ businesses.

The industries, domains and example features described on this website (including fintech, healthcare, ecommerce, HR, fashion and games) describe the kinds of software we build. They do not mean that Siyora itself carries on those businesses or offers those regulated services to the public.

3. Customer responsibility for compliance

Our customers are solely responsible for the operation of their own businesses, including obtaining and maintaining all licences, registrations and approvals; complying with applicable laws, regulations, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, anti-money-laundering, data-protection and industry rules; and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data, rates, schemes, terms and content they configure or process in the software.

Siyora does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical or regulatory advice. Customers should obtain their own professional advice before launching or operating any business process supported by our software.

4. Software built to specification

Features such as pricing, schemes, loans, ledgers, payments, rates or offers are configured according to the customer’s business rules. Siyora is not responsible for the commercial terms a customer offers to its own clients, or for the legal or regulatory treatment of those terms.

5. Prohibited uses

We do not knowingly develop software intended for unlawful purposes. This includes real-money gaming, betting or gambling products, unlicensed deposit-taking or lending, fraud, money laundering, or infringement of others’ rights. We may decline or discontinue any engagement that we believe involves such use.

6. Our own products

Apps and products published through Siyora Labs are provided under their own terms and privacy notices shown in the relevant app store listing or product page. Information on this website is for general information only and may change without notice.

7. Warranties and liability

This website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siyora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under any project or support engagement is governed by the written agreement between Siyora and the customer.

8. Intellectual property

Siyora and Siyora Labs names, logos and website content are the property of Siyora Technologies Private Limited. Ownership of custom software delivered to customers is governed by the applicable agreement.

9. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
